Planetarian: Hoshi no Hito (planetarian～星の人～ Planetarian: Star Person?) is an upcoming 2016 Japanese post-apocalyptic anime film directed by Naokatsu Tsuda. It will premiere in Japanese theaters on September 3, 2016. The film is an adaptation of the "Hoshi no Hito" short story from the Planetarian: The Reverie of a Little Planet light novel written by Yūichi Suzumoto and illustrated by Eeji Komatsu.
